What it is made of
Our pieces are plated fashion jewellery. Where a product page lists a material, a finish or a stone, that is what the piece is.
Size and fit
Where we have measured a piece, the product page gives its size: the drop of an earring, the inner width of a bangle, the length of a chain.
Caring for plated jewellery
Put your jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray.
Take it off before you shower, swim, exercise or sleep. Water, sweat and chlorine wear a plated finish faster.
Wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
Store pieces dry and apart from each other, in a pouch or a box, so they do not scratch.
A plated finish wears with use. How fast depends on how often and how a piece is worn.
If something is wrong
If a piece arrives damaged or turns out to have a fault, tell us at [email address to follow]. You are entitled to a piece that is as described, and we will repair it, replace it or refund you.
